Personnel Outsource Solutions is a full service staffing company based in Kinston, NC with additional offices located in eastern North Carolina. We currently provide on-site management, payrolling, staffing, and recruiting services for over twenty states stretching from the southeast to the midwest.

Personnel Outsource Solution provides staffing services in the areas of light industrial, management, administrative, and finance. Our company uses the years of experience that we have to the benefit of not only our clients but also to the benefit of candidates seeking employment opportunities.  The company has been supporting clients and candidates with staffing services since 1987.

Personnel Outsource Solutions has two types of immediate opportunities with our client, Flowers Foods, which has been in business for close to 100 years. Flowers Foods has over $4 billion in annual sales and the company provides fresh breads, buns, rolls, snack cakes, and tortillas to approximately 80% of the U.S. population through the company’s direct-story delivery (DSD) network.
